The Internet is full of statistics about divorce and relationship breakdown - the latest numbers, what percentage are first divorces, how many children are typically involved etc.
But unless you are carrying out research, all of this data is immaterial, what is important is your own situation and the fact that you are reading this means that you may be
having problems with your relationship.
Within this area of our website we hope that you can find answers to matters that may have been troubling you. If you have a better understanding of what the law says and can
apply this to your own circumstances then you may be able to resolve the problems that you are currently facing. The law itself is not always straightforward, and can be subject
to many changes each year requiring professional interpretation so that you can understand how it affects you.
For this reason we have introduced a special price of £57.50 (inclusive of vat) for an initial one hour consultation with one of our 'Family Team'.
But before you contact us, please look through all of the areas within this divorce section. We are sure you will find our approach is right for you which is vitally important
because we will be working together to obtain the best possible result for you, your family and your future, taking into account all issues concerning you whether they be financial
or emotional. The better the mutual understanding between us and our clients, the more timely and appropriate will be the advice.
It is often thought the process surrounding the resolution of relationship breakdown issues can be adversarial and thus peppered with arguments. We are able to offer several
options in the pursuit of conflict resolution including Collaborative Law as well as the traditional Court route.
There are several ways to contact us and several members of our team who can help with your enquiry.
