Employment & HR
Naturally, we are here to help when problems arise. But more importantly,
we aim to help our clients anticipate and avoid problems - and
reduce the risks of claims being made against them. A small
outlay now could save heavy costs later on.
We are commercially aware and appreciate that you are in business
to make a profit. We want to assist you in maximising your profits
by helping you get the most from your staff.
To meet your needs fully and effectively, we believe in getting to
know you and your business, and you can be assured of our personal
interest
and attention at all times.
We outline below the range of employment law and HR services
available from Pellys RJP. They can be provided in any combination
you choose - depending on the size of your organisation and
the resources available.
Contracts of Employment
We can assist you in meeting your basic requirements by preparing a Statement of Particulars of Employment.
We would generally advise you to go much further and can prepare a tailor-made contract of employment.
Staff Handbook
A staff handbook is essential for communicating business policies and procedures, building staff
morale and ensuring fair dealing.
We will work with you to formulate and draft the basic documentation
or, for larger organisations, a full staff handbook.
Legal Helpline
We can provide an advisory service to your business - by telephone or email.
If you need us we'll be there. This service can be charged at an hourly rate or can be provided for a fixed fee.
Training Sessions
Dealing with issues in-house saves costs. At Pellys RJP we believe in
helping you to help yourself by providing a range of half-day training
sessions that keep you up to speed with on-going changes and developments
in employment law.
Other Employment Services
We can advise you on all issues concerned
with termination of employment, including redundancy, compromise
agreements and tribunal proceedings. Advice on all these topics is included in the
price of our Legal Helpline service.
Please call to arrange an initial consultation.
