Pellys announce that Sylvia Lutz is retiring at the end of the year.
Sylvie joined Pellys Solicitors Ltd in its infancy, when it was based in South Street, long before the Old Monastery became home and has now announced her decision to retire after 27 years service. Sylvie wants to spend some quality time with her friends and family. Daughters Sam and Nick and grandchildren Charlie, 4 and Rosie, 1 are looking forward to seeing much more of her. Sylvie will also re-accquaint herself with her walking boots and get to grips with some long distance walking. One of Sylvie's great passions is travel and she has already mapped out some major cities across Europe to visit. So plenty of the great outdoors for Sylvie to include dusting off the cobwebs on her golf clubs and returning to the greens.
Sylvie commented "I have certainly enjoyed my years with Pellys and have thrived working alongside Colin Grimwade. I have seen a lot of technological changes over the years and I leave, safe in the knowledge that my colleagues Philip Wray, Suzanna Stephenson and Colin Milburn are more than able to help and advise clients on all of their property matters."
Stephen Roche, Chief Executive said "Sylvie will be sorely missed around the office, but the partners have respected her wishes and trust that Sylvie will have a happy and enjoyable retirement. We appreciate that it has been a tough decision for her because she has enjoyed thoroughly the challenge of dealing with client matters over the years and has developed close professional and personal relationships with very many people."
