Pellys Solicitors Ltd is backing the Law Society's information campaign to make consumers aware of how solicitors can help them sole a wide range of problems.
The
YOUR SOLICITOR, QUALIFIED TO ANSWER campaign which takes a Beatles theme with the strapline "Help I need somebody" will be featured in print media and on posters in more than 200 stations up and down the country.
It will run from September 21 to November 21, and is aimed at encouraging consumers to use solicitors by highlighting the kinds of problems they can assist with and how having the right legal information can help save money, time or heartache and often all three.
The campaign focuses on the reassurance to be gained by seeking advice from a properly qualified professional. The advertisements identify situations in which people need legal help. The call to action is "Find a Solicitor" and to direct viewers to www.lawsociety.org.uk/commonlegalproblems where the Law Society has produced Customer Guides to help consumers on various legal topics.
When you're in need of advice on a matter relating to property, finance or even family tension it can be tempting to search for a quick solution by visiting an unregulated advice provider. But for legal advice that you can rely on, contact a specialist solicitor who will ensure that the correct documentation is in place and that no important issues have been overlooked. A solicitor will explain all the options available to you with any legal matter. They will also explain some of the legal complexities and will help you identify the issues to consider and give tactical advice.
All solicitors in private practice must hold a practising certificate issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, the independent regulator (set up by the Law Society) which sets the rules that all solicitors must follow. This guarantees that the solicitor is qualified to practise and has insurance to protect you if anything goes wrong.
