Pellys LLP take a sympathetic, practical and pro-active approach to the resolution of family disputes, whether it be in or out-of-court. We are experienced in all aspects of family law - including divorce, separation, disputes relating to children, domestic violence injunctions and enforcement orders.

We specialise in cases involving significant assets where family disputes may involve the division of business funds or other property. We also advise on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and property law as it affects unmarried couples.

We have access to organisations specialising in counselling, mediation and can refer on Welfare Rights issues.
