Dispute resolution / litigation

It is well known and often lamented that we are living in an increasingly litigious society. Whether you are on the receiving end of an unjustified claim or wish to enforce your own rights, getting involved in a dispute can be expensive, time consuming and stressful.

Pellys Dispute Resolution Team comprises talented and friendly lawyers who are committed to minimising such negative effects and achieving the best possible solution for you, giving you peace of mind and enabling you to get on with your life.

There is often an amicable way to resolve such matters and, if approached correctly, the majority of disputes can be resolved without going to court. Our experienced solicitors guide you through the best course of action and make things as easy to understand and as stress-free as possible. Should reasonable attempts at finding a solution fail and you need to turn to the courts to enforce your rights, we will support you every step of the way as we endeavour to secure the best outcome for you.
