David Gray is a Conveyancer with over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of property transactions, helping clients with their house sale or purchase.
Prior to joining Pellys David learnt his trade in London before taking up the opportunity to be the Head of Legal in the conveyancing department of a well known solar energy company. Here he led the legal team that resulted in the securitisation of assets with a value in excess of £100 million, the largest solar portfolio sold globally to date.
David now leads the Residential Team in our Bishops Stortford office and has established a thriving working relationship with local professionals and clients.
