Employment law

Everyone has the right to be treated fairly at work and Pellys ensures your rights are protected across the whole spectrum of employment situations. We have vast experience of resolving disputes between employees and employers and offer advice to individuals on employment law issues and concerns.

If you have been unfairly dismissed, are a victim of harassment, need advice regarding your contract of employment or simply need to enquire about your rights, our specialist employment solicitors are here to help.

We pride ourselves on our supportive approach and understand the need for clear explanation and a quick conclusion in what can be a very stressful situation for you. In the event that your dispute cannot be resolved within the workplace, we can provide assistance in pursuing a solution through the employment tribunals and civil courts. In any case, we will identify the correct course of action for your particular situation and, most importantly, make it happen so you can get back to normal as soon as possible.
