    Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and has over 25 years of experience in all areas of conveyancing. Before joining Pellys, he was a partner at a well-established, medium-sized law firm with offices in Chelmsford and Cambridge. In 2000, he became one of the youngest law firm partners in the country at the time.

    He greatly enjoys the fast-paced nature of modern conveyancing, as well as building strong relationships and friendships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in the housing sector. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 10,000 freehold and leasehold transactions and takes particular pleasure in helping young first-time buyers achieve their dream of home ownership.

    Stephen has handled a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions but has a particular interest in:

    • New-build plots

    • Auctions

    • Buy-to-let properties

    • Lease extensions

    • Staircasing

    Outside of work, Stephen practises the Korean martial art of Taekwondo, achieving the distinction of a second dan black belt. He is also a qualified TAGB instructor and referee. Over the years, he has trained hundreds of adults and children, many of whom have progressed through the belt system and won medals and trophies at regional, national, and international championships. He has also competed himself, though he is reluctant to reveal just how successful he has been!

    Sue is originally from Manchester and relocated to Biggleswade 23 years ago.  She has also lived in Cyprus for a couple of years. 

    When Sue isn’t working, she likes a glass (or two) of wine. Sue is a Manchester United fan and likes to go to games when she can.  She also likes going to concerts (Rock Music).  Recently she has visited Thailand, New York, Vegas, LA and San Francisco.
